1.	SITE MANAGER
	- Deg. in Civil Engineering with at least 10 yrs. relevant working exp.
2.	PROJECT ENGINEER
	- Deg. in Civil Engineering with 3-5 yrs. relevant on-site working exp. Fresh deg. graduates can also apply.
3.	CLERK OF WORKS – M&E
	- Relevant cert. with at least 4 yrs. on-site working exp.
4.	TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
	- Min. SPM with at least 2 yrs. working exp. in construction industry. For positions 1-4, candidates must be flexible with relocation to outstation sites.
5.	QUANTITY SURVEYOR
	- Dip. or Deg. in Quantity Surveying with 1-3 yrs. relevant working exp. Fresh deg. graduates are encouraged to apply.
6.	SYSTEM ANALYST - Manufacturing
	- Dip. or Deg. in Information Technology. Fresh deg. graduates are encouraged to apply.
7.	PROJECT EXECUTIVE – Property Development
	- Dip. in Architectural/Civil/Building with min. 2 yrs. hands-on exp. in housing projects and sound knowledge of Autocad software. - Exp. in dealing with local authorities will be an added advantage. - Draughtsman with min. 3 yrs. exp. is encouraged to apply.
8.	SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
	- Safety & Health certification by NIOSH, registered with DOSH. - Exp. in construction industry is an added advantage.
9.	INSURANCE MANAGER
	- Dip. or Deg. in any discipline with 5-10 yrs. relevant working exp. - Good working knowledge of insurance products.
10.	INSURANCE OFFICER
	- SPM / STPM / Dip. or Deg. in any discipline preferably 2-3 yrs. exp. in insurance industry.
11.	QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT - Manufacturing
	- STPM or Dip. holder in any discipline preferably with working exp. in quality control of concrete products.
12.	SYSTEM ACCOUNTANT
	- Relevant accounting degree with 3-5 years working exp. - Working exp. in audit firm would be an added advantage. - Good knowledge of business process, internal control, risk management and system development.
13.	ACCOUNTS OFFICER
	- Min. LCCI Intermediate/Higher or Dip. in Accounting/CAT with 3-5 yrs. relevant experience. Fresh deg. graduates can also apply.
14.	SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK
	- Min. LCCI Intermediate/Higher or Dip. in Accounting/CAT with 2-3 yrs. relevant experience.
15.	ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CLERK
	- Min. SPM with good communication & organizational skills with 2-3 yrs. experience in office admin. work.
16.	ACCOUNTS CLERK
	- Min. SPM with 1-2 yrs. exp. in accounting works. Fresh graduates of CAT and LCCI are encouraged to apply.
17.	GENERAL CLERK
	- Min. SPM and computer literate. STPM/SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply.
